About Us
Peter Disley - Head of Development
Peter is a multi-skilled planning/development/regeneration specialist with over 20 years commercial experience within both the public/private sectors, as both advisor and principal across all commercial markets.
Peter began his career with Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte Real Estate) in London; ultimately heading up the Town Centres Business in Manchester, before becoming a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield as Head of the Regional Development Consulting business.
More recently, prior to joining Courts, Peter was Managing Director of his own niche Development/Advisory business and was Head of Development at Praxis Real Estate, where he led a team responsible for the for the establishment, management, growth and performance of the strategic land/development portfolio, totaling some c£275m (by GDV).
